Kongurtsev`s arrest was prolonged

Lori District Court of First Instance has prolonged arrest of Karen Kungurtsev third time.

Lawyer of Helsinki Association Arayik Papikyan,who represents Kungurtsev, told  that it was ordinary  unjustified decision. The Court has also rejected petition of the defender to release Kungurtsev instead of guarantee in amount of 5 million AMD.

15-years old David Hovakimyan left for Vanadzor to take part in championship on 12th of October. In the park team from Yerevan and team from Vanadzor argued on an issue and David was wounded by knife. Cameras from the park fixed Karen Kungortsev walking in the park.

Tigran Arakelyan was granted and amnesty. Lawyer will appeal the verdict. Video
