Foreign journalists refused entry to Armenia

On March 10th 2011, 1 Estonian and 3 Lithuanian journalists were refused permission to enter Armenia at Yerevan Zvartnots airport. According to “Interfax” agency, the source of the airport stated that: “the passengers came to Armenia to film a documentary film about armed conflicts in the Caucasus.” Armenia’s National Security Service informed “Interfax” that the decision of the denial of visas is not subject to interpretation.
