“Helsinki Association” monitors Arman Veziryan and Eduard Danielyan reported that at the 8/23 polling station existed nearly 400 envelopes with not regional stamps.
Also the same monitors Arman Veziryan and Eduard Danielyan told that at 7/05 polling station only after 3 times stamping of the passport the stamp was mentioned.
