Infringements in Polling Stations; Armenian National Congress (ANC) party and Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) representatives were beaten up

At the same polling station also Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) party 2 representatives Vardan Hayrapetyan and Karen Kesoyan were beaten.
On this case the information was given by Davit Karapetyan, ANC representative. According to him now at that polling station open ballot is being realized.

At 10:49 RA Central Electoral Commission Chairman Tigran Mukuchyan introduced clarifying details in regard with the oxidation of the stamps. As per his words, the problem emerged because the ink was not shaken and now the corresponding instructions are given.
