Infringements in Several Polling Stations. Passport Stamp Disappeared. Citizen Demanded New Stamp

A report was drown up; Sargsyan received new envelopes with new stamps.
“Helsinki Association” Chairman Mikael Danielyan informed Epress.am that the first seal really disappeared from Sargsyan’s passport.
Besides the mentioned case, Epress.am received several calls with the same complaint; the seal vanishes very quickly and is hardly seen after the voting.  At 09:40 in the 12/32 polling station representatives of candidates registered that the passport seal disappears and applied to the RA Central Electoral Commission together with the chairman of the Commission. The Central Electoral Commission ordered to change the seal ink and use violet ink. Epress.am’s journalist informs from the polling station that approximately 150 persons had already elected.
