HAHR Member, Head of Vanadzor Office, Lawyer Ararat Margaryan is a member of Helsinki Association since 1998. Ararat Margaryan is the head of Helsinki Association Vanadzor office. He is a lawyer by profession. Ararat Margaryan provides legal consultancy on criminal, civil and administrative cases. He also realizes citizens’ (applicatnts’) non-judicial representation of interests in state institutions, law enforcement authorities and other organizations.
