The mediation was refused and Helsinki Association Lawyer Nina Karapetyants made a complaint to the Prosecutor of Shengavit administrative district against May 30th decision, and the complaint was also refused without any basis. Instead an accusation was brought against A. Veziryan.
Nina Karapetyants is sure that by changing A. Veziryan’s state from aggrevied to accused there is a certain purpose; that is to make a psychological pressure on A. Veziryan by the side of police and prosecutor’s office, so that A. Veziryan would refuse his own complaint. This phenomenon once again proves the fact that everything is done in RA in order to prevent all kinds of discussions related with election process.
