Appeal to European Court of Human Rights

Issues of deprivation to be appealed in the Court in nine of the ten officially announced victims’ cases include the right to life, the right to due process in case of violation of the right to life, the right of victims’ successors to be free from inhuman treatment, and violations of other rights guaranteed by the European Convention on Human Rights.
