Ashot Manukyan has been released
On December 12, 2008 the court found A. Manukyan guilty under article 316 part 2 of criminal code of RA, and was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment, on the other charges under article 225.1 part 1 of criminal code of RA (organization and holding of illegal or other public event) the court found him not guilty.

“We know that you have problems,” Torbjorn Jagland said after the forum. “The CE is closely following the developments in Armenia after 2008 events; and if necessary we express our concerns.
