On August 6 2008 at 14:40 during the trial of S. Ayvazyan, held in the Court of First Instance of Kentron and Nork-Marash districts, Yerevan Gohar Veziryan exhibited disrespectful behaviour towards the Court (judge G. Poghosyan). The accusation was fully grounded by testimonies of court officers. According to them G. Veziryan called the judge “schizophrenic” and “marionette”. However, expert V. Ninoyan submitted the results of video and audio expertise to the court mentioning that there were no such expressions heard there
