Confrontation on Arman Veziryan’s case

Helsinki Association representatives state that T. Manukyan displayed inadequate behaviour; he started shouting loudly, refused to participate in the confrontation and announced that he demands a public defender. The questioning was stopped. Senior Investigator K.V. Sharoyan will inform on the further actions to the parties.
