Helsinki Association offers advocatory and legal assistance (pro bono) to victims on fundamental human rights violations. The advocatory service includes legal consultancy, protection of rights during both pre-trial and trial investigations, as prescribed by law Helsinki Association also provides legal assistance to witnesses. Helsinki Association advocates are obligated to conduct and follow the procedure of the cases through the whole RA appropriate court instances and also ECHR.
