As on 16 June, 2009 the investigator Karen Nazaryan refused to accept the testimonies of witnesses (parents of A. Hakobyan’s wife) they had to delay their flight in order to be able to give testimonies, thus they had financial losses. The investigator was surprised when he saw the witness with the lawyer and had to accept the testimonies.
