The Investigator Refuses To Accept Testimonies from Witnesses

The investigator Karen Nazaryan made an appointment on June 16, at 15:00. He was late for an hour, moreover without letting the witnesses and the lawyer in, he told them that he had to leave and that they would make another appointment later. However, he did not make any phone call.
The investigator K. Nazaryan simply refused to accept the testimonies of witnesses and said, “Why shall I accept your testimonies, anyway, you will say that A. Hakobyan did not use swear words, did not hit the policemen and did not throw a cigarette at them”.
