One of the voters while looking for his name in the list found out 4 names of his neighbor’s family, who left for Argentina since 1994 and have not come back. Violations at the Polling Stations
“Helsinki Association” monitors Arman Veziryan and Eduard Danielyan reported that at the 8/23 polling station existed nearly 400 envelopes with not regional stamps. Also the same monitors Arman Veziryan and Eduard Danielyan told that at 7/05 polling station only after 3 times stamping of the passport the stamp was mentioned.

Voting with Illegal Passports
The initiative made a statement on this, stating that citizens have been brought to Armenia from Georgia. These citizens are brought to RA with the aim to participate at the elections. “Lots of people are brought to Armenia by buses from Javakhk. Moreover, though they are Georgian citizens, they have Armenian passports and their names are included in the election list. Furthermore, the Georgian Law prohibits dual citizenship.
