The latter should also be accused in accordance with Article 149 of RA Cr. Code, as far as the incident took place during the electoral campaign at pre-election period, where Arman Veziryan was present as an independent monitor.

Alike infractions were committed by the following parties; Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP), Rule of Law (Armenia). In Yerevan on the 14-floored residential building there was a Republican Party poster, which occupied 8 floor territory.   In Gegharkunik and Armavir regions the pre-election headquarters of Republican Party and Prosperous Armenia Party were in culltural centers, polyclinics, and municipality.
