Were Released
On June 22, 2009 Alexander Arzumanyan, Suren Sirunyan and Hakob Hakobyan who were accused of the criminal case related to the events of March 1, were also set free from the courtroom under the amnesty. According to point 7, sub-point 6 of the Decision on Amnesty the punishment of Hovsepyan Mikael, which he did not serve, was diminished. According to the Decision on Declaring the Amnesty former Deputy Prosecutor General Gagik Jhangiryan was released from «Kentron» CEI on June 23, 2009. A Regular Groundless Decision Was Made
The Court decided to dismiss the appeal claim and leave the decision issued by the Court of First Instance of Kentron and Norq-Marash districts unchanged. Thought the reasons sounded by the investigator in the Court of First Instance and in the Appellate Court were groundless, however a regular groundless decision was made. Many ample grounds brought by the defense side were not taken into consideration

The Investigator Refuses To Accept Testimonies from Witnesses
The investigator Karen Nazaryan made an appointment on June 16, at 15:00. He was late for an hour, moreover without letting the witnesses and the lawyer in, he told them that he had to leave and that they would make another appointment later. However, he did not make any phone call. The investigator K. Nazaryan simply refused to accept the testimonies of witnesses and said, “Why shall I accept your testimonies, anyway, you will say that A. Hakobyan did not use swear words, did not hit the policemen and did not throw a cigarette at them”.
